Fees, payment and insurance…
Our fees are in line with those of similar quality dental practices in our area.
Payment is expected at the time service is provided and may be paid by check, cash, or credit card.
We work with all dental plans that cover our fees for major dental work. If you choose to use your dental insurance benefits, you must make your co-payment at the time of service - at each visit.
For extensive treatment that exceeds your allowable benefits, we offer long term financial plan payment plans through Care Credit. To learn about this option, visit www.carecredit.com, or ask our office coordinator.

We are pleased to schedule appointments with Dr. Lee on:
Mondays, Tuesdays, and/or Thursdays
Between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm
In addition, on Wednesdays a receptionist is available to respond to your appointment requests and general questions from between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
